Everything You Need to Know About Michigan's Mandatory Electronic Titles
As of October 1, 2023, it is mandatory that all new titles with a lienholder will be electronic. This is to help with the efficiency of handling titles, to prevent fraud, and to help reduce costs to the State and Financial Institutions alike.
