introducing - Portage iBranch!
BlueOx Credit Union is excited to announce the upcoming changes to our Portage Branch location! Effective April 4, 2022, the Portage Branch will be revamped into the new Portage iBranch with the addition of an iTeller Machine (ITM) in our lobby.
Over the next few weeks, you may begin to see changes to the Portage Branch. However, you will continue to see familiar faces in the branch lobby as we transition several roles to assist with the use of this new service. Continue reading to learn all about the iTeller and how this easy-to-use technology will benefit our members!
iTeller – a new, enhanced service experience
iTellers are innovative and interactive “I do my own banking” ATM machines with a personal touch. They provide face-to-face assistance from a knowledgeable iTeller specialist using live video chat technology. Think of it as video chatting real-time with your favorite BlueOx teller! Allowing our members to have the convenience of an ATM with the personal service you’ve come to expect at BlueOx Credit Union.
Any financial transactions you’re used to performing through a traditional branch setting or drive-thru can be completed on an iTeller. These include cash and check deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and so on. In need of assistance or have a question about your transaction? Don’t worry; an iTeller specialist or Member Service Advisor will be there to guide you through every step!
- Quick transactions – Members won’t have to wait as long in line to connect with a teller.
- Security – iTellers offer private and secure live assistance. Additional privacy is available if members would rather communicate through text messaging.
- Simple to use – The ease of an ATM with more functionality.
- Personalized service – Members can choose their preferred language, request specific bills when withdrawing money, and opt-out of connecting with an iTeller specialist.
- Instant funds – All cash deposits made through the iTeller will be available immediately.
- Safety – There is no person-to-person contact as all transactions are done digitally.
The iTeller was designed to make your banking experience as convenient, secure, and efficient as possible.
