On September 6, 2025, we’ll be completing a behind-the-scenes system alignment as part of our continued partnership with Ignite Credit Union. This alignment will help us serve you more efficiently while keeping the BlueOx experience you count on right where it is. To learn more about the system alignment and what to expect, click here.
Important Downtime to Note:

On Friday, September 5, we’ll operate with regular hours, yet the alignment will begin as soon as we close.

On Saturday, September 6, our online banking, mobile app, online loan applications, branches, and call center will be temporarily unavailable.

Debit and credit cards will continue working, but with reduced limits until the alignment is complete on Sunday, September 7.
If you don’t have a debit or credit card, please withdraw any cash you might need prior to this date. Shared branching locations will also not be available during this time.
