Visa Lost/Stolen Reporting
Our Visa card program was upgraded to a new program in 2015.
Older Visa Cards
If you have an older (existing) card, please contact https://myaccountaccess.com for information on how to proceed with lost/stolen reporting.
Newer Visa Cards (since 2015)
If you have a newer one, please call 1-800-442-4757 for 24-hour assistance.
ATM/Debit Lost/Stolen Reporting
If you become aware your checkbook has been lost or stolen during business hours, call us immediately. We will take all the necessary precautions to protect your account.
If you become aware of an incident after hours, there are two steps to take:
- Log on to our It’s Me 24/7 online branch and place a stop payment on the checks.
- Call TeleCheck directly at 1-800-926-5678. TeleCheck's free lost or stolen checkbook reporting service will take your call nights, weekends and holidays. They will notify TeleCheck merchants not to accept the reported checks. You must still notify us the next business day so we make take precautions on our end.
