Credit Card Lost or Stolen Reporting

Please note that our Credit Card program was upgraded in 2015.

Older Credit Cards

If you have a BlueOx Visa Credit Card older than 2015, please contact My Account Access for information on how to proceed with lost or stolen reporting. 

Newer Credit Cards (since 2015)

If you have a newer BlueOx Visa Credit Card, please call (800) 442-4757 for 24-hour lost or stolen card assistance.

Former Jackson Community Federal Credit Union Visa Credit Cards should be reported lost or stolen at (800) 828-3901.

Former Tower Family Credit Union Visa Credit Cards should be reported lost or stolen at (800) 322-8472.

ATM and Debit Card Lost or Stolen Reporting

Lost or stolen BlueOx ATM and Debit Cards should be reported at (888) 241-2510.

Former Jackson Community Federal Credit Union ATM and Debit Cards should be reported lost or stolen at (800) 828-3901.

Former Tower Family Credit Union ATM and Debit Cards should be reported lost or stolen at (888) 241-2440.

Lost or Stolen Checkbook

If you become aware your checkbook has been lost or stolen during business hours, call us immediately. We will take all the necessary precautions to protect your account.

If you become aware of an incident after hours, there are two steps to take:

  1. Log on to our It’s Me 24/7 online branch and place a stop payment on the checks.
     
  2. Call TeleCheck directly at (800) 926-5678. TeleCheck's free lost or stolen checkbook reporting service will take your call nights, weekends and holidays. They will notify TeleCheck merchants not to accept the reported checks. You must still notify us the next business day so we make take precautions on our end.
