As part of our on-going commitment to enhancing the member experience, as well as providing additional choices that fit your lifestyle, BlueOx Credit Union is excited to announce a new, easy-to-use banking technology coming June 1,* beginning with our Battle Creek Branch drive-thru. Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) or iTellers are innovative and interactive “I do my own banking” ATM machines with a personal touch. They provide face-to-face assistance from a knowledgeable iTeller specialist using live video chat technology – all the convenience of an ATM with the personal service of a live teller PLUS more convenience and functionality! Picture an ATM that comes to life, much like Skype, FaceTime or Zoom.

Early Direct Deposit – Get Paid Sooner!
Start getting your paycheck before payday with Early Direct Deposit. When you see your electronic transaction pending within Online Banking or our Mobile App, simply click “post now” to request your paycheck early and receive your funds into your BlueOx account immediately.2 You may also make this request with any BlueOx Advisor at (800) 648-8035.
Mobile Wallet
Mobile Wallet1 offers a simple, free and secure way to pay with your BlueOx Credit Union Debit and Credit Cards using Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Mobile Wallet enables you to pay at the point-of-sale with your smartphone, tablet or smartwatch. Not only is it easy, quick, and convenient, it’s also safer than using your physical card!

BlueOx Community Scholarships
Applications for our BlueOx Community Scholarships for the 2021-22 academic year are due March 1, 2021.
Scholarships are awarded to students that exhibit academic achievement, leadership skills and commitment to their communities. The BlueOx Credit Union Community Scholarship is open to all graduating high school senior members pursuing any form of postsecondary education. Six scholarships of $1,000 each are awarded each year.

Holiday Hours - Presidents' Day
In observance of Presidents' Day, all BlueOx locations will be closed Monday, February 15. We will re-open for normal business on Tuesday, February 16.

Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible members in the contest. Actual odds of winning are based upon the number of eligible entries received. The Promotional Entry Period begins January 1, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on March 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. ET. There will be three winners, one per month, to receive the prize of a $500 Visa® Gift Card. One winner will be randomly selected and notified on or around the second Friday of the following month, from February 1 to April 9 from the amassed entries from the previous month. For Debit Cards, one point is earned for every $3 spent. For Credit Cards, one point is earned for every $1 spent. Your personal BlueOx Debit and Credit Card points can be combined and can also be combined with other household BlueOx Debit and Credit Cards that you are joint on, to maximize points earned. Some transactions, such as cash advance transactions and balance transfers are excluded. Upon closure of the account, any points earned but not yet redeemed are immediately and automatically forfeited. Promotion valid on BlueOx Platinum Rewards Credit Cards beginning with 4536 or 4867 only. Points earned on accounts open and in good standing.
