Lost or Stolen Checks

If you become aware your checkbook has been lost or stolen during business hours, call us immediately. We will take the necessary precautions to protect your account.

If you become aware of an incident after hours:

1. Log into It’s Me 24/7 Online Banking and place a stop payment on the checks.

2. Call TeleCheck directly at (800) 926-5678. TeleCheck's free lost or stolen checkbook reporting service will take your call nights, weekends and holidays. They will notify TeleCheck merchants not to accept the reported checks. You must still notify BlueOx Credit Union the next business day.
